Chloë Bannerman is a Nutritionist (ANutr, MSc, DipION), accredited by the Association for Nutrition, the only nutrition register recognised by Public Health England.
Chloë practices evidence-based nutrition support which means that advice and guidance involves using the best available nutrition evidence, together with therapy skills, to help clients with their health issues. Recommendations are tailored according to the client's culture, values, existing health conditions and food and lifestyle preferences; Chloë can help you to explore both what you eat and why you eat it.
Chloë decided to become a Nutritionist due a long-standing interest in health and wellbeing. During her early career she worked in high-end fashion PR, however, she always knew this was not the right career path for her. Consequently, she re-trained in Nutritional Therapy which provided her with the invaluable therapeutic tools to support her clients, and later undertook a master’s degree in Human Nutrition which enabled her to expand her nutritional knowledge. Chloë has worked in the nutrition industry for over 10 years and currently works in Public Health alongside her work as a freelance Nutritionist.
Chloë offers private nutrition consultations. She provides nutritional support and guidance for the early years (ranging from toddlers to young children), weight management, improved energy, gut health and digestion, women’s health (including pregnancy and menopause dietary support), or if you simply want to get your diet on track, she can advise on how to achieve a balanced diet to suit your lifestyle and fitness goals.
